Handling & transportation
When driving, ensure the cake is placed on a level surface- we recommend the footwell or boot of your car. Have the air conditioning on to ensure the cake is kept cool and remains firm especially in hot weather! No heating. Never leave the cake in a hot car.
Storage
Please transfer your buttercream cake into the fridge as soon as possible and keep it away from direct sunlight. Remove cake from fridge 2 hours before serving and allow it to come to room temperature.
If fondant is used on a buttercream cake, please be aware it may go sticky if placed in the fridge, this isn’t usually a problem.
Keep in a cool, dry place and pop in the fridge for no more than an hour before your intended party to firm up the buttercream.
Dietary & allergen information
Whilst every care is taken to avoid cross contamination, all our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles NUTS, GLUTEN/WHEAT, DAIRY, EGG and SOYA and MILK. 
Non-edible decorations
Your order may include non-edible decorations or items, such as figurines, cake dowels or cocktail sticks and card names. Please ensure that these are removed before cutting.
Once the cake has left the premises, we cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs if the above instructions are not followed.
